Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Ultimate Property Search plugin (“UPS” or “Plugin”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Plugin.
License Grant IT for Realty, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Marcus Michael Ferdinand Fuetoe, located at Calle del Pinsapo 22, 29680 Estepona, Malaga, Spain (“Licensor”), grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the UPS Plugin for your own personal or business use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Free Features The UPS Plugin offers a free version that allows you to:
Add properties to your website’s database.
Translate property listings using WPML.
Premium Features and Pricing The UPS Plugin offers premium features, including the ability to connect to third-party property portals via API. These features require a monthly subscription.
Pricing: The monthly subscription fee is € 50 / month and portal.
Annual Subscription: You may opt for an annual subscription and receive a 20% discount.
Multiple Portal Connections: For each additional portal connection, an additional monthly subscription fee of € 50 / month applies. However, a € 11 discount is offered for the second connection, bringing the total monthly cost to € 89.
Intellectual Property Rights The UPS Plugin and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by IT for Realty. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Plugin.
User Conduct You agree not to:
Use the UPS Plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to circumvent or hack the UPS Plugin.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall IT for Realty be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from1 your access to or use of or inability to access or use the UPS Plugin.
Termination IT for Realty may terminate your access to the UPS Plugin at any time, with or without cause.
Governing Law These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga, Spain.
